The fourth-floor communal roof terrace was designed by Studio Rhonda / Darkroom London. Bespoke tiled furniture was built on-site, creating an informal space for residents to relax during lunch breaks, post-work gatherings, and private events.
The roof terrace was completely resurfaced with eco-friendly composite decking, and built-in planters, laddered fencing, and a canopy frame were installed for trailing plants to colonize over time.

Heavenly was the first company to move in to 58 Old Compton Street in September 2017. It is a venerable independent record label that was formed in Soho in 1990 and is responsible for launching a stellar cast of esteemed artists over the years including Doves, St Etienne and the Manic Street Preachers. Today Heavenly has its biggest and most internationally diverse roster ever. After an extended spell in West London they're back in Soho, and going from strength to strength. Label Manager Katherine Cantwell said: "We've always had our heart in Soho, it's our spiritual home. It was great to get back here after eight years away".
